By accessing or using Vottiv’s services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you have any concerns or disputes about the services provided by Vottiv, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Vottiv.
Vottiv does not guarantee that a candidate will win their race. By using Vottiv's services, you acknowledge and agree that Vottiv is not liable or responsible in any way for the outcome of a political race.
Vottiv provides services such as sending mail, SMS and MMS messages, and emails to voters. Vottiv also offers a canvasser app that enables candidates to go door-to-door to speak with voters, collect information, or help them register to vote. However, Vottiv makes no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of these services.
By using Vottiv's services, you agree to allow Vottiv to use the data we collect for analytics and to improve the services we offer. Vottiv may use this data for internal research and development purposes, but will not share or sell your data to third parties without your express written consent.
No refunds will be issued for any of Vottiv's services except in the case of the Vottiv Guarantee.
In order to qualify for the Vottiv guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You did not win your campaign.
- You purchased the Vottiv voter data available for your district.
- You created at least 3 groups within the Vottiv platform to target different areas or demographics.
- You sent a postcard to at least 5% of the voters in your district.
- You used our door-to-door canvasser app to canvass at least 10% of the houses in your district.
- You purchased either 50 yard signs or 250 doorhangers to distribute throughout your district.
Only the recurring monthly subscription or one-time payment will be refunded. Money paid to purchase voter data, postcards, yard signs, or any other product are not covered under the Vottiv guarantee and will not be refunded.
The data provided by Vottiv may contain errors. Vottiv makes its best effort to provide accurate and reliable data, but large data sets inherently have the potential for incorrect data. Vottiv is not responsible for any errors in the data provided.
Vottiv reserves the right to modify or terminate its services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Vottiv also reserves the right to terminate accounts which we deem to be abusive or spam.
In no event shall Vottiv be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By using Vottiv's services, you agree to assume any and all liability for content produced or sent through Vottiv's services.
Payment terms and subscription information: A credit card must be kept on file and will be charged automatically when charges accrue on your account. By subscribing to Vottiv, you agree to pay the amount you selected until you cancel your plan. You can cancel your plan by emailing us at [email protected] or by canceling through the billing section of your account settings on Vottiv.com.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
